
Slug into action with CruzFit 2013!
The CruzFit Team Challenge runs from January 14 - March 8!
It's open to all students, staff, faculty, and retirees.
Here's how it works:
- Gather a team of 2, 3, or 4 participants.
- Sign up from January 4-30th.
- Keep track of your physical activities.
- After each team member has completed the program collect your CruzFit t-shirt! (Please note: Shirt sizes are not guaranteed and will be available on a first come, first served basis!)
NEW This Year!
1. Levels! Each team member can choose the level that best challenges them. Choose from easy, moderate or difficult!
2. Track your progress as a team! The tracker can be uploaded into google docs so everyone can track their own progress and see the progress of each individual and the team as a whole!
