No, absolutely not! You can exercise anywhere you would like! We are encouraging wellness anywhere, so be creative and find the places that work best in your life.
If I have a Wellness Card and my teammates don't, can they get into the Wellness Center for free?
First, we want to make it clear that exercise does not have to happen at the Wellness Center. We are encouraging wellness anywhere, so you and teammates can be creative and find the places that work best for you.
But, if you would like to work out at the Wellness Center and your teammates would like to work out there with you, they can:
a) pay the $5/day facility pass fee, or
b) purchase a wellness card for the quarter. Click here for Wellness Card Info
You are encouraged to do activities with your teammates as often as possible, but points are still accumulated for activities done on your own.
Do all of the team members have to register to participate in CruzFit?
No. Only one team member should fill out the registration form. The person completing the registration form will need each team member's full name, email address, affiliation (staff/faculty/retiree/student), and mailstop (for staff/faculty) or college (for students). Selecting a team name is optional.
