The UCSC Wellness Outreach Ambassadors (WOA's) are a group of people who support the UCSC Wellness Program mission and help to promote the Wellness Program across campus. Keep reading to learn more about this program, the commitment required and how to sign up! 

Goal: Help to spread Wellness across our campus.
 
Commitment: Your commitment can be as much as you want it to be.  We will have 1 annual meeting and training each year which will be a time for WOA's to share their input on the Wellness vision and direction, learn about what is coming up soon in Wellness and discuss upcoming opportunities for you to spread Wellness.

Additional Opportunities: As a WOA you will have a chance to help with planning or implementation of health screenings in your area of campus, UC Walks event, Carnival Cruz, employee pick-up games/sports and other events as they are developed. It will be completely up to you how many and what events you want to be involved with. Your involvement can be as small as attending the annual meeting, putting up flyers for upcoming events, sharing Wellness opportunities with co-workers or big as your time and desire allow.
