The Wellness Center provides programs and services to support and expand the physical, emotional, social, cultural, and intellectual development of students, staff, faculty and retirees here at UCSC.  With two floors of state-of-the-art equipment including over 50 pieces of cardio equipment, free-weights, selectorized weight machines, exercise balls, and other balance equipment, the Wellness Center has something for you!  Whether you are a new exerciser or seasoned athlete, we offer a variety of classes and programs to help you reach your health and fitness goals.  Be sure to stop by and check out our facility overlooking the beautiful Monterey Bay!
