This session with Rachel Abrams, MD will explore the relationship between stress and food. Stress can lead to impulsive eating choices including sugary, salty, fatty foods and caffeinated drinks. How we fuel our bodies, especially when stressed, can have impact our reactions and ability to bounce back from stressful situations. We'll learn about what nutrients are helpful to relieve stress and how to find more balance when stressed.
